Standard Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is placed, items will be shipped via standard shipping within 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for shipping during public holidays and store closures.

Shipping for large, bulky, and fragile items may take up to 14 days and will require an additional freight quote*

Standard Shipping & Delivery

For orders under $299 that are not large, bulky, or fragile, a flat shipping rate of $19 applies per order. Large, bulky, and fragile items require in-store pickup or a post-purchase freight quote*

Large, bulky, and fragile items can be picked up from our Suzie Anderson Home Moss Vale store or warehouse or a quote can be calculated to freight to your location.  

Should you require white glove delivery which involves furniture unwrap, placement, and rubbish removal, please let us know so we can quote accordingly.

If you miss your furniture delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.

Shipping will only occur once you have received and approved the freight quote from us. If you do not approve the freight quote, we will issue a full refund before shipping.

Freight quotes also apply for deliveries to non-metro, remote areas, and SA/WA regions. If you do not approve the freight quote, we will issue a full refund before shipping.

International Shipping & Delivery

International shipping is available on select items via email inquiry at shoponline@suzieandersonhome.com.

Please provide details of the items you are interested in, along with your location and postcode, so we can offer an accurate freight quote.

Payment for international orders will be securely processed by PayPal or bank transfer.
