Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns & Credit Notes: Items may be returned within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and receipt.
  • Credit notes are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed via our Moss Vale store. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via email.
  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale, antique, vintage, hand-made, custom orders, jewellery, watches, and undergarments cannot be returned.
